No, the welding process is quick, safe, and completely painless. We use a small, precise welding tool to attach the jewellery while ensuring your skin is protected by a leather patch.

The process typically takes about 10-15 minutes, sometimes less, sometimes more. We usually allow 30 minutes per appointment to be on the safe side. The longest part of the process is actually choosing your chain & any charms or connectors & then fitting the chain to get the perfect fit. Welding the piece takes seconds.

Yes! While it is designed to stay on, you can remove it with scissors or wire cutters at the weld site. If you want it reattached later. Depending on when you purchased your jewellery we can offer a complimentary re-weld within 365-days, after that there will be a small £10 charge.

Absolutely! We use high-quality materials like 14ct gold filled, solid gold and 925 sterling silver which are safe for daily wear, even in water. Solid gold & silver are hypoallergenic for those that may have allergies.
