RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Ozabelle, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our permanent jewellery. Each piece is carefully inspected before being applied to ensure it meets our high standards. As our jewellery is custom-fitted and welded onto the wearer, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise, and we strive to provide excellent customer service to address any concerns.
Faulty or Defective Items
If you believe your jewellery is faulty due to a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will assess the issue and, if deemed faulty, offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care are not covered under this policy.
Jewellery Breakage
Permanent jewellery is designed to be durable, but it is not indestructible. If your piece breaks at the weld site within 365-days of purchase due to a welding failure, we offer a complimentary re-weld. Beyond this period, repairs may be available for a small £10 fee. Please contact us to arrange an appointment for assessment and repair, alternatively attend one of our pop-ups.
Change of Mind
As each piece is custom-fitted and welded onto the wearer, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage all customers to carefully select their chain style and fit during their appointment.
Allergy Disclaimer
Our jewellery is crafted from high-quality materials, including gold-filled and solid gold options. However, we cannot guarantee that allergic reactions will not occur. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of any metal sensitivities before purchasing. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered due to allergic reactions.
Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift cards and promotional discounts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you receive jewellery as a gift and experience an issue covered under our policy, the original purchaser or recipient may contact us for assistance.
